We are looking for a new housemate to join us in this great, fully furnished house situated on Methley Place, the nearest of the Methleys to the bars, restaurants and supermarkets!!!

The house has a communal lounge with flat screen TV, leather sofa/chair and feature fireplace.

There is also a lovely farmhouse dining kitchen with integrated hob/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

All bedrooms have a digital TV aerial point, are neutrally decorated with white walls and come furnished with (mostly) Ikea furniture.

The available room is a small double but comes with a huge walk through wardrobe with hanging space, drawers and shelving in there. All you need in your room is your bed and dressing table/desk.

We love the house and treat it like a home so please only apply if you are happy to muck in and keep it like this rather than student digs.

This is a great street full of young professionals. There is also loads of on street parking.
