Beautiful large attic room in Chapel Allerton

I am looking for a professional or mature student woman lodger who is happy to join my household made up of a second lodger, myself and my dog . I'm a retired NHS professional and now enjoy a full but leisurely life. I have had lodgers for more than seven years. Most have stayed for a year or more - feeling at home and enjoying what Chapel Allerton has to offer.

My house is a colourful relaxed place full of things I have collected over years of travel. The household is easy going with not too many rules, respectful of each others space and welcome to visitors.

You will have the whole attic to yourself. The room is a beautiful tranquil large space with sleep area, sofa and TV corner, and desk/working space. There is a pretty ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower. You have shared access to a peaceful backroom, colourful hobby room, lovely kitchen/dining area and large garden/patio.

Chapel Allerton has a village feel with a range of independent food shops and a great choice of supermarkets, cafes, pubs/bars, and restaurants. We have an Arts Centre, yoga and Pilates studios, a gym and tennis club as well as a Holistic Treatment Centre.

The house is on a quiet residential street, only a short walk to Chapel Allerton facilities and the bus stop on the main route into town. At the bottom of our road is Gledhow Valley Woods - great for walks and jogging.

My dog Otis, a cocker spaniel, believes the person in the attic is also his person. So you do need to love dogs.

The current attic lodger is moving out mid March (photos include her belongings).
