Double room in friendly and warm LS7 House share

Dinning room

We are three professionals in our 30s looking for a fourth housemate to renew our contract in July.

We are a friendly, laid back and warm house and all get on well. The house is fairly social but we also get on with seperate activities. We enjoy hikes, cooking, reading, lots of netflixs and spas. We occassionally cook as a house and have film nights. The house is politically left and a no TERF or Tory zone. We are all on the spectrum of queer but the priority would be maturity, respect and politcs :-). We are a mixed house in terms of vegatarian, vegan and occassional meat eater.

We all have Monday to Friday jobs with reasonable bedtimes (apart from a 90's or Love Muscle Wharf night).

You will be living with a couple but we have seperate bedrooms and everything remains spilt between 4.

The House
The house is spilt across 3 floors and a basement with plenty of bike space. It has two living spaces- a dinning room and living room plus a kitchen. There are two rooms on the first floor plus the spare room, which is used for WFH space and for guests and bathroom. The 2nd floor has thr two attic rooms. It is one of the attic rooms which is avaiable.

The landlady is fairly relaxed about the walls etc.

It is a bit shabby (hence the rent) but it is also cosy and very conviently located. Rent is £262.50 a month to the agency and bills are around £100.

The Room
The room is an attic room on the top floor. It is partially furnished but we are likely to need to source a mattress. The furniture in the photo will not be in the room, but we have some stored in the basement so feel free to have the room furnished/unfurnished.
