The main lounge offers coffee tables, shelving units, LCD TV, large sofa (converts to a comfy double bed for guests) and an armchair. The modern kitchen has lots of cupboards, a with microwave, electric oven and gas hob. New washing machine is located in the downstairs bathroom.

Churwell is a good location to get into Leeds from or access the motorways. The village is not far from the White Rose Centre shopping centre with Sainsbury's, general shops and good Bus connections. There is also a station at Cottingley within walking distance from the house with connections to the main train Leeds station and beyond. Regular busses (no 51/52) go to Morley and Leeds.
Morrisons and Asda are in Morley and there is a small Tesco Express open till 23:00 on a night only a 10 minutes walk from the house.
I am looking for a mature, clean, considerate professional person or mature student who will make this their home. Housemates will be responsible to keep the house clean and tidy, including all shared areas. A gardener comes once every two weeks during the summer (or as need) and a window cleaner once per month.
Price advertised is based on single occupancy per room per calendar month including bills up to a total of £240 per month. Cancellation period is two calendar month from the first of the month after moving in. A minimum six months tenancy agreement is preferred, but I will consider shorter terms or Monday to Friday lets, please ask. Deposits will be kept in a Deposit protection scheme for you.
The ground floor room is taken by Jamie - a single male, 37, working full-time as well as attending evening classes some nights. He is quiet and considerate of others.
