Location - Crossgates (LS15). Crossgates is a fairly easy commute to/from Leeds city centre (7 mins by train).
Room - Spacious single room, fully furnished with a nice TV, Apple TV, a brand new wardrobe and a single bed available for either short term or longer term tenancy. Shared kitchen, shared bathroom, garden and patio at the back.
Rent and bills - All bills included in the monthly rent (incl. Netflix, Amazon Prime, broadband and TV license) except for the Leeds Council Tax surcharge (which is to be calculated based on Leeds City Council Tax bill).
Pets - I have a cat, so this property is not suitable for people allergic to cats.
Music - An upright piano is also available, if you are a music student and play music in your spare time.
Rules - Strictly no smoking, no additional pets welcome, no drugs, no parties. It's a very quite household and we prefer to keep it that way ;-)
