Hi!

I am looking for a house mate to move into my spare room, it is a 3 bed terrace with one of the bedrooms converted into a study. There is a shared bathroom (with bath) as well as a decent size lounge and kitchen. To the back there is a small yard, that I converted into my own beer garden, it is big enough for a BBQ in the summer.

The available room has lovely fitted wardrobes (loads of storage) a double bed with mattress provided. It is the biggest bedroom in the house. All bills are included, including Sky+HD, Council Tax, and super fast broadband. It also includes a cleaner every other week.

I currently work from home part time so the study is available when I am in the office.


The house is located across the road for a popular gym and is a 15/20 min walk to call lane (about £4 in an Uber).
I have recently completely redecorated the house in a modern style.


Ideally, I'd like someone who is relaxed, up for a laugh, tidy, and reliable. Up for watching box sets together and having a few drinks on a Friday. No smokers.

Must support LGBT rights and Black Lives Matter (don't have to be a massive advocate or anything but basically not a knob head).
