The tenant will have use of gym and sauna. The bedroom is cosy and comes with a comfortable bed and tv.

The landlord is easy going and welcomes interest from all people including straight gay and bisexual, transgender and religious tenants all are welcome to come and take a look round.

You will have the bedroom all to yourself and it comes with a lock and key that you can keep with you while you are living here.

The kitchen is small but modern. You will have access to a freezer and fridge as well as a microwave and a hob and oven. You are welcome to cook your own meal or to take advantage of the restaurant and takeaways in the area.
