I've recently bought this lovely refurbished 3 bedroom terraced house, set over 3 floors and with a garden, on a very quiet street on the outskirts of Dewsbury.
Within walking distance to the train and bus station - great transport links to Leeds/Wakefield/Barnsley/Hudds /Sheffield.
I work full time so am out through the day and I run most evenings. I'm also usually away every other weekend so need somebody who wouldn't mind that.
I'm friendly, respectful and always up for a laugh. Happy to meet new people and would be willing to open up my house to anybody who shares similar values.
All bills to be included - water, gas, electric, broadband, council tax.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms so any potential housemate could have exclusive access to a bathroom, though it is not on the same floor as the bedrooms.
There is plenty of parking on the road directly outside the house.
