1 x double room available in a clean, quiet semi-detached house. Room comes with double bed, 2 x bedside tables, 1 x wardrobe and 1 x chest of drawers. Room is carpeted with a radiator. All bills included with access to all utilities.
Property consistents of:
-shared living room with use of TV & xbox including Netflix etc.
-downstairs toilet
-kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine/dryer and breakfast bar
-upstairs bathroom including a toilet & shower over the bath
-2 x double bedrooms
- garden to the rear
- Garage available for both parking & storage
- Driveway access
Easy access to M1 and M62 motorway links.
I work 3-4 nights a week as a nurse and usually keep myself busy on days off.
I have a 4 year old friendly and super cuddly English Bull Terrier that you must get on with. She has full access to the house but don't worry your room locks! Shared responsibility of looking after her overnight would be grately appreciated although is not necessary.
Unfortunately no other pets are allowed at the property.
