Double bedroom in a relaxed house in Farsley

Hi Im Rachel,

My current lodger has just moved out so I have a fully furnished double room available.

I'm looking for someone who is easy going to move into a relaxed house.

It would be best suited to professionals (Mon-Fri lets also considered) and mature students.

My house is a five min walk from New Pudsey station and various bus routes so easy to commute into Bradford (5mins)/Leeds (10 mins)/Manchester/York etc. Its also right next to the cycle route to get to town.

Its a 5-10 min walk to the middle of Farsley, and all of local shops, pubs and places to eat.

I have a garden front and back which is nice to relax in, definitely space for bbqs !

I have a good sized kitchen/dining room and loads of internal storage space for bikes and other bits.

Theres another spare room which, can be used as a study or for people to stay.

I've been living in Leeds for about 6 years having moved about the country a bit before settling up here. I like getting out and like to cycle, climb, walk, go to gigs and cooking/baking (and eating!.)
