Ensuite Double Room in Farlsey

We are letting a double bedroom with en suite bathroom in our Victorian terrace in Farsley. The room is on the top floor, which is the only occupied room on that floor. The room comprises of a king size bed with new mattress. The veluxe window is fitted with a black out blind. The en suite has a shower, toilet and sink unit. There is storage space in the eaves and additional built in storage in the hallway. We still need to replace the carpet and paint the woodwork but this will be finished by August. You are however, welcome to view before it is finished.

While we are only advertising one room, you are welcome to use the neighbouring room as a living area or office. We just need to reserve its use for when we have guests. In reality this only at Christmas and a couple of other times a year, as we have another guest room on the middle floor. As such, while it isn't a self contained flat, the top floor is effectively yours. That being said, you are welcome to use other areas of the house including the kitchen, main bathroom (which has a freestanding bath), living room and separate dining room. if you play, there is a pool table in the basement.

In terms of location, we are just next to the Farsley library only a 2 - 3 minute walk to the High Street and the Mill. In the other direction it is a 10 - 15 minute walk to New Pudsey train station. We are in council tax band E, however all bills are included in the advertised monthly rate.

In our respective jobs we both work flexibly between home, the office and sometimes overnight trips. However, we work Monday to Friday and don't work shifts. We enjoy walking, reading, gardening, circuit classes, the occasional pub trip and socialising with friends.

There are some cosmetic renovations planned for this year. This includes the kitchen which will probably cause a couple of weeks of disruption, but the end result will be well worth it.
