In search of a female house mate for a newly refurbished two bedroom house in Farsley with free on street parking available. The room is furnished with a double bed, side table, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There’s a breakfast bar in the kitchen and space in the lounge for a desk if you wanted to work from home.

Sharing with female owner occupier, the bills will be split equally working out at £150 per month. This room would also suit someone on a part time basis for a couple of nights during the week as a commuter base, with the rent being based on that.

This room will suit a variety of people with easy access into both Leeds and Bradford city centres with New Pudsey train station nearby. Walking distance to Farsley high street with bars, restaurants and cafes. Nearest supermarkets are Asda and M&S in walking distance at Owlcotes centre.

Looking for a housemate who is happy to occasionally socialise but equally happy to do their own thing. I’m in the office at least 3 days a week and often go to the gym in the evenings however love a good brunch and losing at a pub quiz.

Will be looking for proof of ID, proof of earning and references.
