Double furnished room in cosy, chilled house-share with owner/occupier...available early 2026.

Option to have a bedroom or a loft room. Only 1 person will be lodging with myself as the owner but I won't be there all the time.

I am open to different types of rental options...if you need a room short term/ longer term or part time.

Spacious, fully equipped dining kitchen with room to sit, read and socialise. Room to work and office room also in house.

Comfortable, cosy, ample sized living room.

Fully furnished, with all utilities.

Lots of storage room and space.

Ample free no permit on road parking.
Outside garden and seating area, sun a lot of the day in summer. Firepit and room for BBQ.

In the lovely Colne Valley. Nice quiet location 5 minutes walk to Golcar village centre with all amenities. 5 minute drive to Slaithwaite.

Great road, bus and rail links to Manchester, Huddersfield, Leeds.

Pet and smoke free home, peaceful and calm. I don't drink, party etc. Yoga teacher and part time professional.

Maybe open to well behaved dogs or cats too as love animals.
