Double room with private bathroom

I am looking for one person to share my home with. Since it’s just the two of us, it is a very quiet and straightforward household.
​The room available is a double. It is currently unfurnished, I figured it would be better to find the housemate first just to make sure they like the furniture. You will have your own private bathroom.
​Note: I have included photos of the empty room, as well as a computer-generated mockup of how the room could look once furnished.
​The kitchen is fully equipped with a bean-to-cup coffee machine and an air fryer. I also have a robot vacuum which helps keep the shared areas tidy with very little effort.

About Me
I’m a working professional, typically in the office 2 days a week. When I’m not working, I enjoy watching football, running, and getting out for hikes. I keep a clean and quiet home and am looking for a professional who is easy-going and considerate of shared spaces.
