Two large rooms in friendly house in friendly street. Double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase. etc. Central heating. I have 2 friendly dogs so you need to like dogs. Easy access to City Centre and M1. Lidl, Tesco local, Library, fish and chips, take aways and restaurants in walking distance. Asda and Sainsburys a few minutes drive away. Temple Newsam park nearby for walking or running. Reasonable tidiness and respect of others space expected. This is a non smoking house and I will only accept non smokers. There is car parking for 3 cars. It is important that your lifestyle fits in with the rest of the household and this can be discussed when we meet. I very much enjoy sharing my house with people from outside Britain. Nice to share a meal now and then.
