We have a great fully furnished spacious double room in 4 bedroom house to rent. The house is clean, tidy and close to Leeds city centre. There is always room for car on street parking just outside the house if you need it.

Room has a set of furniture, double bed, comfy mattress, chest of drawers, wardrobe and share access to a bathroom with bath/shower as well as a lovely decorated lounge and spacious kitchen which is fully furnished with oven and hob, big fridge, big freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, plenty of cupboard space, dining table and chairs.

It's a 4 bed house and you will be sharing with 3 others. All professionals nice and quiet (no parties) but feel free to bring firends round for dinner, to relax etc.
