Three-bedrooms in a quiet, safe & clean house

Three double rooms ( one extra large) available in a semi-detached three-bedroom house with a kitchen, living room and dining room, bathroom and two toilets, good sized front and back gardens.

The rooms are big although they looks small on the photos. Single room can fit in a double bed with enough space for study table and chair and chest drawer and walk in space. Double room is very big.

Each room with a large built-in wardrobe, desk, chair, bookshelf, chest drawer.

Kitchen facility for use includes a gas cooker, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle. .

Living room includes two-seated sofa, two single sofas, one coffee tables, one large dining table and four chairs.

Rooms can be paid per day for very short stays and the rate is different ( £25 for double and £20 for single per day). Internet and bills are included. for short stay.) but for economic and ecological reasons it is important that electricity/gas is not wasted).

A large community car park next to the house. The house is very warm. clean, tidy and quiet

The house is in a residential community/area (not in a student house/area) . No noisy parties please. It is very safe, quiet and very convenient to Headingley and Kirkstall supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

Only 10 minutes walk to Headingley Stadium. The bus stop ( bus 19, 19A and 56) just opposite of the house. Only 5 minute walk to Leeds Metropolitan University Beckett Park Campus. (from the back entrance), 20 minute by bus 19, 19 A to city centre or 15 minutes by bus 56 to Leeds university.

I am looking for postgraduate students who are reliable, considerate, clean, tidy. Identification ( and/or academic references) will be required.
