Gorgeous Room Available in Headingley

Hi there,

I'm looking for someone to take my current flatmate's place in our 2 bed flat in Headingley for 8th Nov (landlord is redecorating the room before a new person moves in)
The flat/ building is a renovation and it's really modern, everything is new, very high ceilings, HUGE rooms, and lots of space. It really is the nicest place I have ever rented, by a long shot! It's less than a 10 min walk into both Headingley and Meanwood and is located in a really quiet, safe and leafy area, with a great view. The landlord is excellent, nothing is ever too much trouble for him.

Your room is large, has a double bed, full length mirror, a double wardrobe, cupboards, under-bed storage, USB sockets.

The building itself is really well kept with two very large gardens, and with only 7 flats in the place they are usually very quiet, so great for sitting out in the summer. Also there is on-street parking at the front. The entire building is working professionals only as well.
Bills add up to about £150 a month, I can give you a full breakdown of these.

Deposit is one month's rent and you must also pay your first month's rent up front to the landlord (pretty standard). So, in total, you'll need to pay £825 up front (deposit and 1st month's rent)

My ideal flatmate is someone who is really easygoing, sociable, and lovely. If you enjoy good food, wine, Netflix, then we're going to become great friends! Equally, it's also super important that you're clean, hygienic, and respectful. Preference would be someone who is of a similar age and works the same sort of hours as myself (9-5).

A little about me: I work for a Marketing Agency in Leeds, and I am currently working hybrid, so in the office and a couple of days at home. Work throughout the week and tend to be busy on weekends with plans. I'm into fitness (because I love to eat and drink wine!) I've lived in this flat for nearly 2 years now and it has been my favourite place in Leeds and would really like to stay!
