Luxury 1 Bed Apartment with private gated access

Hi, I'm having to move away from the area so need someone to take over my tenancy ( with the availability to extend further). It's a luxury 1 bed flat in the New Moon building, it has a private gated entrance and your own parking included. It's stylishly fitted with brand new and modern fittings. I am unable to bring everything with me so whoever takes over is welcome to the furnishings I bought for the flat. Large and spacious living room with 2 big sofas, TV stand and a large area to be able to decorate how you want. The kitchen is again large and has nice fittings, comes with big fridge freezer! The bedroom is again large and comes with plenty of storage, bedside table and a brand new bed and mattress (top end, supplied by me). The bathroom is amazing and really well designed, large bath and great shower. If you can't tell I've really enjoyed my time in this apartment and gutted to be leaving however I have to move away. My tenancy which would be taken over ends 30th June 2021, however, the flat has not been taken from July 2021 onwards yet so you can extend the tenancy if you are wanting to. Ive been living here as a single professional and it's been fine, it would also be cheap and great for a couple. The letting agents are cool with pets also.
