I'm looking for an easy going and sociable housemate. The tenancy is available immediately and lasts until the 25th Sept, but I'm keen to renew as this the flat is great, and the landlord is really responsive and helpful.
I'm a 25 y/o male studying a PhD at uni of Leeds, always keen to go for beers, go bouldering, or just socialise in the flat. However, I always make an effort to keep the place tidy and am considerate of anyone who wants their own space to themselves.
