Headingley Mount - Double Room available

Due to accepting a new job, I am looking for someone to take over my double room in Headingley - the contract runs until the end of June. I can move out anytime from now until end of March as I'll temporarily move in with family before relocating.

I live with four friendly 20-something guys who are all professionals and very considerate. I'll be happy to transfer the deposit over (so there's no deposit required).

The house is a couple of minutes walk from all the bars, cafes and shops in the centre of Headingley, Leeds. We've recently had a new fridge freezer and oven installed, and acquired a tumble dryer (in addition to the washing machine). There are two bathrooms.

The rent includes all utilities, council tax, TV licence and broadband (also the router lives in my room so has the best internet connection in the property). There's a driveway and plenty of on-street parking.
