I am moving out of this flat to make my current commute easier and am looking for a replacement.

The house is conveniently located on Ash Road with shops, pubs and bus stops within 5/10 minute walk. It has lovely views of the allotments and lots of space nearby for parking. We have a contract with Unihomes for all bills (water, energy, council tax, Wifi) which is set at £100 a month.

The house has two bathrooms, three toilets, a large living room and kitchen as well as large back and front gardens. The room is a medium-sized room located at the back of the house with immediate access to the living room, kitchen and toilet. It comes with a bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, shelves and several drawers. The kitchen has a washer/drier, oven, hob, microwave and kettle. All mod cons.

The flatmates are a combination of post-grads and professionals and are all very friendly. They keep to themselves, but are always up for a chat or a pint - I'm going to miss them. The letting agents are very friendly and very responsive.
