From 1st May (potentially a few days earlier) until 30th June you can live in this fantastic house share situated on Ash Road in Headingley. Take advantage of the early summer months and live in this beautiful location a stone's throw away from Headingley centre, Beckett's Park, Leeds Beckett University and bus routes into Leeds.

The bedroom is on the 1st floor and overlooks the main road. The room is spacious and very bright and has a double bed, large desk, wardrobe and plenty of storage drawers.

Downstairs there is a lounge with Freeview TV , fridge freezer and dining table, a spacious kitchen with a 2nd fridge freezer and there's also a toilet. On the 1st floor there is a toilet and a shower room and on the 3rd floor is a bathroom with shower and also an attic-type room for more storage.

The back garden is massive and will be great for the summer months. It overlooks the scenic allotments.

£125 per week in total (£103 rent and £22 bills) which works out as £446 and £95 a month respectively.

The house mates are friendly, tidy and conscious of your privacy. The landlord is very responsive and helpful.

The occupant (me) is moving home for summer and is looking for someone to take over the contract until 30th June. Please note that a deposit of £200 will need to be paid to take over my contract.
