Cosy flat in central location

Hey! I’m taking over the tenancy of this flat. It’s a 2 bedroom cosy flat with an extra open mezzanine room. The photos are how it has been decorated by the past tenants but I’ll kit it out before someone takes the room. Just to precise, the room available would be the second bedroom photo. It’s close to a bus stop that takes you right into the centre and is surrounded by parks, pubs, cafes and shops. I’m looking for a friendly roommate that would be up for doing things together sometimes and actually being friends, I’m new to the city and would love to have someone to explore with. I’m pretty chill, love to cook, go hiking, pub quizzes, going out in general for food or pints and reading. I’m respectful of personal space and am very clean.
