I’m looking for someone to take over my 1 bed in Headingley! It’s £850 a month with all bills included, including council tax too. It’s a lovely flat, big enough for 1/2 people and comes fully furnished. It’s in a good location opposite the stadium. Comes with a large tv in the living room, washer/dryer, dishwasher, full fridge and separate freezer and a big shower. There is lots of parking available too just outside.
Deposit is £400 but could potentially be discussed as looking to move out asap.
