Double Rooms Available in Renovated Home

Hey there!

I’ve recent bought a house in Headingley and looking for two housemates to join me.

I have recently undertaken extensive renovations, redoing the living room, hallways, new white goods, new boiler, front bedroom and more, so it should be relatively modern. All bills will be included within the rent.

I have an attic room and the front master bedroom available, you and the other tenant will have the living room to yourselves pretty much (there will be a TV in there when you move in)

I am a WfH professional who does some occasional travel around so professionals of all kinds are welcome.

A bit about me, I’m fairly social, getting a drink, watching football, playing games, going out but I’m also appreciative of some time to yourself, and with only three of us in the house it should be a good mix of socialising and keeping to ourselves when we feel it. I will have a dog occasionally staying with me so you will have to be comfortable around dogs.

Paris are welcome, no couples.

Parking is available on street, and I will be looking at redoing the front of the house to open up more off street parking in the summer

Looking to start on the 16th February, however if you have to be in beforehand I am open to that. Message me for more information.
