Spare room in 4-bed STUDENT house in Headingley.

Me and three other flatmates are currently first- years at Leeds Arts University, and are looking for a fourth for the next academic year. We are an LGBT household and an all-female household, so we are preferably looking for somebody female as well. Somebody cat-friendly would also be preferred as there may potentially be a cat introduced. We are all friendly and like going out as well as having quiet nights in. We are clean and respectful and would like somebody who is the same. We all have a lot of hobbies and interests and are social, so we’ve always got games or a show on the TV if you don’t mind that!

The house is on a quiet street and fully furnished, all double beds and with TVs as well as a nice garden. The bathroom is shared and so is living space and kitchen, along with a washer, dryer and dishwasher. No council tax required as we are students. The rent is 139ppw, but the deposit is £300 and holding fee £60.
