Hi I am looking for someone to take over my remaining tenancy (until end of June) in an all girls 5 bed house in headingley. Can move in as soon as the contract is signed as I have already moved out. A large downstairs bedroom with a big window great for watching the nature in the garden. Comes with the standard furniture like a bed, wardrobe, desk, bedside table and a large set of draws. Great transport links with the bus stop at the top of the street and train stations just around the corner. Ideally I’d love to be able to have someone who can take this over asap before the beginning of next month(if possible) or asap. Bills are included in the rent except for council tax which is split between the other tenants in the house. Rent is £576.34 a month. Council tax is £48.20 each.
