Double Loft Room in Cosy Headingley House

Hey all!

I am moving out of my loft room in Headingley. The room itself is huge with lots of storage space and a study/work desk. You would be required to take over my contract until September and you would have the choice to stay on after that if you so wished.

You would be living with 2 girls and 2 guys. A mixture of mature undergraduates, masters and PhD students. We like to cook, eat and socialise with each other but respect each other’s privacy also. We often play board games, go to the pub or do craft nights here too.

The new tenant would have to be a student (Mature Undergrad, Masters or PhD). Rent is inclusive of all bills. It’s an 8-10 minute walk to Headingley high street, and a 3 minute walk to Burley Park train station. Close to lots of bus stops also.

I cannot rate this house highly enough and the landlords are super attentive to any issues we have!
