Cosy house share in LS6 with spare bedroom

I have absolutely loved living here and only need to move out because I am preggers! Housemate is so lovely, tidy and considerate. We were not friends when I moved in but we certainly are now 🥰

The house is decorated really nicely with lots of plants and art on the walls. There is a downstairs toilet and spare room with a single bed which is great for guests and a wardrobe for extra clothing storage.

The kitchen isn’t huge but there is plenty of storage space. There’s a little porch with the washer/dryer in and space to park a car in the drive! My bedroom is a good size and the en-suite has plenty of light.

Walking distance to Headingley station and bus stop right outside. Shops / cafes / pubs nearby.

Contract ends September 1st and I’m looking for someone to take over ASAP.

Bills work out about £120-£140 each month.
