I have a large attic room available for rent in a quiet part of Meanwood within walking distance of Waitrose, the park, Fast food outlets and Headingley centre.

There is a small yard at the back and room to park.

Facilities include a shared bathroom Kitchen and lounge. There is a telephone, T. V and wi-fi. There is central heating and a wood burning stove in the lounge.

I would prefer a mature female lodger for short term lets but would consider longer lets depending on circustances. Must be Gay/queer friendly if not lesbian.
