🏡 🛌 The room is a second floor double room, very spacious, light and well furnished.. The room will be available from Saturday 3rd April.
💰 📺 All bills are included in the rent - the house has a large Smart TV with Netflix & NowTv, good permit parking, fortnightly cleaning. It has a nice fitted kitchen and is well furnished and decorated throughout.
🎓💼 Ben is a pharmacy tech at BRI, loves beer and getting parking tickets. Nathan works as a Business Consultant, Hannah works in recruitment, Chloe is a member advisor for a medical legal company and Nick works in investment.
🤙💃 We’re looking for a housemate who can join the house from around the beginning of April.. Previous beer pong experience is preferred but not essential as full training is provided. If you’re friendly, good to live with and enjoy socialising with similar people then get down to NPV for a piping hot slice of the good life!

The house is managed directly by the landlady so no agents!
