The house is on 4 floors, one basement room with ensuite, kitchen and lounge on ground, 1 bedroom and bathroom (shared with one other housemate) on 1st floor and 1 bedroom in the attic.

I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy. No rush with this, I can move whenever, as long as I have found somewhere to go as I am moving into the City Centre but the tenancy on this house is until 30th June.

Rent is 369.35 per month paid to Oasis Properties and bills are around 93 a month for gas and electric, water, council tax, sky internet and sky tv in the lounge.

The existing girls are aged 22-24 and both professional working around 3/4/5 shifts a week including weekends.

There is on street parking (you will be given a parking permit from the council) and the house is situated just behind Sky Rack and 1 minute walk from Otley road and the box.

Washer included, all kitchen appliances are already there. Big shower with separate bath too.

Deposit is 200 no admin fee to change name on the tenancy.
