We are looking for someone to join our house! We are five professionals who take it easy during the week and did used to go out at the weekend. Ideally we don't want someone who is going to stay in their room all the time as we are quite a social house, although appreciate that your own space is needed.
Please note this is quite a small room although has all the furniture you need. It is located on the first floor next to a bathroom.
There are 2 males and 3 female so we’re happy to live with both. The only requirement is that You must be clean and tidy up after yourself.
The room comes furnished with, bed, wardrobe and chest of draws.
Included in the rent is water, gas, electric, council tax and internet.
The house is located a 10 minute walk to Headingley, 5 minute walk to Burley park train station and a 20 minute walk to Leeds city centre(although a taxi is only about 5 minutes and very cheap!)
