Double Room For Rent In Headingley, Leeds

Due to certain circumstances, my room in a shared house has become available. You will be joining a friendly and welcoming environment of 3 females and 1 male. The rent due per month is £342.34 however the advert would not let me display the 34p! There is a shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, utility room and small bathroom which are all regularly cleaned by tenants. The current tenants left in the house are looking for a friendly individual who is willing to get to know everyone and have a fantastic remaining time at university. It is not university specific so someone from any university in Leeds are welcome to apply. The house is a 15 minute walk away from Headingley train station and from here it is short ride to Horsforth, Burley Park and the City Centre. Bills are not included in rent price and this is something that would have to be sorted out with Split The Bills, however I am more than happy to assist with the setting up with this and it is a simple process. Marks on the wall have been repainted by myself and the room was thoroughly cleaned before I left.
