Double room near train station

Furnished double room available in my lovely 3 bed home.
I have a garden front and back and great views over Hebden Bridge from the open plan sitting room/ kitchen/diner. The house is just 5 minutes walk from the train station, 2 minutes to the woods and less than 10 mins into the centre of town.
My grumpy cat is also resident - he likes to play but isnt so keem on being stroked... My cheerful 13yo daughter also lives here in the school holidays.
I have several part time jobs, so I don't have a predictable schedule, but usually work 5 days a week and odd evenings too. I’m pretty easy going and have few requirements above wanting a woman as a lodger to share my space with. I am used to living with a lodger and have always got along well with them.
There is a big modern kitchen, so anyone who likes cooking is especially welcome 😀. The bathroom is shared, but there is also a downstairs loo.
