Looking for a considerate and community-minded housemate to share big lush house in Hebden Bridge with late 30’s female.

The house is walking-distance from Hebden centre, with 2 reception rooms, kitchen, bathroom, separate WC, 2xspare bedrooms, and outdoor area. The available bedroom is unfurnished and there’s plenty of space in the house for other furniture if you’d like to bring it.

Looking for someone with similar balance to me of sociable and chilled; Keen to have people over for food, musicmaking, art, watching films etc and I also really like good sleep and regulated nervous systems. Sober household & meat-free preferred. Pets considered :-)

£650 per month, bills to be shared and not included in rent. Council tax band C (£94 each per month).
