Hi,
I am looking for a new housemate to take the spare room in my rented house. It is a 3 bed (the 3rd bedroom is an office for myself)
The room has wooden floor with a large rug and neutral walls. Comes with walk in wardrobe.
The house comes fully equipped with wifi, sky TV, Netflix, Disney plus, 62 inch curved tv, Alexa speaker, walk in shower, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher. Everything is clean and modern and a cleaner comes every two weeks to deep clean the whole house.
The house is a 30 second walk from the centre of Holmfirth with lots of bars and shops.
Parking wise, you will probably only get a free spot on the road 50% of the time. If you have to go in the car park over the road it is charged from 9:00-17:00 and it is £2.80 for the whole day or you can buy a season ticket. If you are working a normal job it shouldn’t be an issue.
The bills altogether are £1,550 (775 each) but as I have the 3rd bedroom for work I am only asking for £500pm. I sort all the bills out so you don’t need to worry.
