I have a bedroom to let in my 3 story 200 year old cottage in Meltham, Holmfirth.

For rent is a very large bedroom with sitting area on the third floor with lovely views across the valley to Holme Moss. There is a shared shower room on that floor. The room will be furnished.

The ground floor is a shared kitchen and living/dining area. There is a paved garden to the front of the house with sitting area. There is also a useful keeping cellar.

The house is light with large windows that let a lot of sunshine into the property. It is situated approx 5 miles from Huddersfield, 3 miles from Holmfirth, 3 miles from Marsden in the Colne Valley and easy to commute to a number of major cities e. g. Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds. There is ample space for parking both on road and off-road and a convenient bus stop outside the house. The house is close to amenities with a local shop on the corner and Meltham is a village full of cafes, shops, restaurants, takeaways, pubs and a Morrison's supermarket. There is a track leading up to some lovely walks around the moors.

Rent is 450 including bills. To secure the room I will request a bond of 350 and one months rent upfront.
I’m looking for an easy going individual who lives a conscious lifestyle. This is a no meat household so somebody who is veggie /vegan or willing to eat veggie whilst here.

I have a little dog named Brown and a cat named Evie, both happy, laidback animals. So somebody who likes animals.
