We have 1 spacious non-smoking double bedroom to rent in our home, sharing with three young professionals in their 20s.

The room is fully furnished, with great storage and new mattresses on the double bed. There is a shared living room, with TV and Amazon Fire Stick which leads into a large garden. The kitchen has a large dining as well as all regular appliances.

The house is perfectly located 10 minutes from Horsforth train station, along with a bus stop for the 97 to Leeds-Guiseley opposite the house. Horsforth is a lovely area with many pubs, bars and shops, great for young professionals! Only 12 minutes on the train to Leeds city centre!

The price of the is £340 pm and bills will roughly be £74 pm, this may go down! This includes council tax, wifi, gas and electric and water. Students must be willing to pay council tax.
A refundable deposit of £340 is required for the room and the minimum tenancy is 6 months. Room are available from March 2nd.
