We have a double room available for a non-smoking female professional in a fully furnished house, with all bills included, in a quiet part of Horsforth, sharing with one female and three males, all professionals in their 20's and really good company. The bedroom has been redecorated, a new carpet laid and new furniture fitted. There is also a new large wardrobe with plenty of storage space.

The house is just three minutes from Town Street and handy for all the wine bars, pubs, restaurants and shops. In case you don't already know, Horsforth is a great area for young professionals, 5 miles from the city Centre (15 minutes by train from Horsforth station), and 10 minutes drive from the popular Headingley area.

As you would expect with quality accommodation, the house is decorated, carpeted and furnished to a high standard and comprises: Living room with leather sofas, TV, dining table and chairs. Fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer. Modern tiled bathroom with full suite and electric shower and five well furnished double bedrooms one of which is ensuite (already let). There is a bike shed and low maintenance front and side gardens, off-street parking for two cars and plenty of easy on-road parking.

The rent, which includes all bills, is a very reasonable £385 monthly in advance. The minimum tenancy is 6 months and a refundable deposit of £350 is required. There are, of course, no fees.
