Double room available in a quiet area in Horsforth - ideal for a masters student or professional commuting to Headingley, Leeds or York.

The room is furnished, newly decorated, and has a king-size bed. There is a nice view over the Horsforth valley and it's an 8-minute walk to Horsforth train station (Leeds - York line) and a 5-minute walk to the nearest bus stop to Leeds. The house is a short walk away from local shops, a supermarket and bars. There are large gardens front and back with plenty of on-street parking if you have a car.

The rent includes bills (gas and electricity, council tax, water, and broadband). I'm quite flexible on the length of the tenancy which could be for a couple of months or up to 12 months (or longer) depending on the circumstances.

Being a tidy and considerate person who contributes to the housework is a must. The house comes with a couple of cat residents so you'll need to be okay with this, (although they can be kept out of your room).
