Double bedroom en-suit in smart apartment parking

Hello guys,

I am looking for someone to share my beautiful 2 bed apartment in Horsforth. The flat has a very large living dining space, with a balcony overlooking a wooded stream. Kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect, and there is a washerdryer in a utiliy cupboard. Excellent storage space in the bedroom.

It’s newly furnished and I’ve only just moved in. Brand new matress on the double bed. The apartment is tastefully finished and has good quality furnishings. I have my own en suite so you’ll have full use of the main bathroom yourself.

I’m pretty chilled out and looking for someone sociable. Single occupancy. Happy to hear from anyone looking for somewhere relaxed, kind and that I’ll get along with :)

I’m currently an estate agent in Leeds and will be out most of the week but like come home and cook a decent meal!
