Double Room in Professional House Share Horsforth

I am a live in landlord and I'm looking for two new housemates to join me and become a part of the house.

I'm a 29 year old young professional and I've done houseshares pretty much from the age of 21. I've been fortunate enough to stay in some really friendly houses and I'm looking to create a similar vibe at my own place. So if you are friendly, outgoing and into any sort of sport (mainly football), TV, music or food and can make a good cuppa (Yorkshire tea of course) then there is a good chance you’ll fit in. I'm looking to have a sociable house who do lots of stuff together, including cooking roast dinners, drinks and nights out in Leeds, lots of TV and films, house meals, super sundays, barbeques in the summer and picnics and rounders in the park.

The room:
The rent is £390pcm including bills (water, council tax, gas/electricity, BT sport, wi-fi broadband and phone).
The room has a double bed and a very large fitted wardbrobe. Other furniture can be arranged if necessary.
The room is available from 12 March 2016 but looking to start viewings immediately.
The minimum tenancy length is 6 months.

Features of the house:
Spacious living room with 48" widescreen TV, BT Sport.
Modern country-style kitchen with gas range cooker, dishwasher and smoothie maker. Well-equipped, its a very foodie household and there isn’t much in the way of cookware, cutlery and crockery that isn't here.
Three bathrooms, two with showers, one with bath.
Large garage with ample storage, including space for bikes.
Back yard which gets the afternoon sun with a barbecue.

The house is tidy so its important the person moving in is clean and hygenic.

The house is a 20 minute walk to Horsforth train station so getting to Leeds centre is not a problem. It's a similar distance to all the bars and amenities in Horsforth. There is also the bus across the road which takes about 30 mins to get to town.
