The spacious room is fully furnish will be adding a 2 seater sofa when letting (room is currently my office so will be rearranging furniture!)and I could even add a small table if required, close to all amenities - 15 minutes walk to town centre/university/local hospital, 5 minutes to local shops where there is a good range of facilities. 15/20 mins drive to Halifax, 5 minute drive to motorways/town centre.
.Shared kitchen and bathroom. There is a scenic park which is just 2 minutes away. Although I have listed smoking the bedroom is a non smoking room and as i am a light smoker please respect this. I am easy going but do like to keep the flat clean and tidy whenever possible. I am also currently working from home full-time with a view to moving in about 6 months time so ideally wanting somebody who is looking at around 4/5 months. and who is out at work during the day or early/late shifts. Due to me relocating eventually possible option for someone to takeover the lease with consent of the landlord. There is off street parking if required, although plenty of street parking too. Rent/Deposit negotiable.
