We are looking for a housemate, student or profesional. 1 Double room for rent in a total of 3 bedrooms house. Rent would be £380 per month with all bills included (council tax included too).. We are professionals and we usually are home in the evening. House is like 15-20min walk away from town centre, same to the University of Huddersfield. We maintain the house clean by ourselves and we expect that the new housemate to be a clean/tidy person.
