All bills and fibre optic broadband are included for £85 per room per week. The deposit is £200 per person, which is protected in a tenancy deposit scheme and returnable to you at the end of the tenancy.

The house is available from 1 September 2020 to Summer 2021. Everything in the house was brand new 2 years ago and the house will be professionally cleaned and redecorated as needed before 1 September.

There are 4 rooms available in total so you can book by yourself or as a group of 2, 3 or 4 friends.
