Bright, self-contained studio available from 18th May to 28th August 2026 (approx. 15 weeks short-term let). Located on the 7th floor, it offers a great view and plenty of natural sunlight. It’s close to the University of Huddersfield, with convenient access to nearby shops and supermarkets. The apartment is equipped with a laundry room, a gym, a movie room, a study room and a recreation room.

£140 per week, all bills included (council tax band X, water, gas, electricity, and high-speed broadband).

Fully furnished with an en-suite bathroom. No pets allowed.

I’m a 22-year-old female student living in the main house. I’m quiet, clean, and easy-going. The studio will be thoroughly cleaned by 15th May, ready for you to move in straight away. I’ll also leave some second-hand items for you to use if needed.

I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and easy-going tenant—gender is no preference. Someone who is quiet, considerate of others, and keeps the studio tidy is ideal. No couples, please, but I’m happy to welcome both male and female tenants who value a peaceful living environment.
