The room is super spacious and fully furnished. Even after adding an additional clothing rail and a small room-fridge, there’s a lot of space to walk around.

Located in the heart of town with easy access to almost everything. Tesco is on a 15 minutes walk, home bargains is right in the front, Sainsbury’s is a 10 minutes walk, and the station is an 8 minutes walk.

Looking for a flatmate to replace me. I’ve been living here for the last 6 months and it’s been a wonderful experience. I now have to move out to a different city for work. The other two flatmates are super clean, well-mannered and professional females. However, there’s no preference for gender for the new tenant.

The holding deposit is only £100, while the security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
