I have a large double room to rent in a two bed house within a quiet area in Hunslet. Large open kitchen/dining and a living area. Ideally looking for a Monday to Friday roomate.

In the room: Double Bed, built in wardrobe, little bedside table. Broadband included.
Bathroom with toilet and bath/shower are just next to the room on the same floor.
Living room is always free to use.

I am a quiet 23 year old male who keeps himself to himself. I like to keep my house clean and would require the same respect. The area is very quiet with a lot of parking on street. There are bus routes a stone throw away to Leeds centre and white rose amongst other areas. The motorways are also very close and the centre of town is only a 10 minute drive away. There are many supermarkets nearby amongst a fish and chip shop, corner shop, bookies and other convient stores.
